Location Data: GPS coordinates automatically embedded in each photo.

User Account Information: Created and managed centrally by administrators via the web backend.

2. Purpose of Collection

The information collected is used strictly for government operations, including:

Verification and validation of field reports.
Ensuring authenticity and accuracy of submitted data.
Monitoring, decision-making, and recordkeeping in line with official mandates.

This data is not used for marketing, profiling, or shared with external entities except as required by law.

3. Data Security

All photos and location data are securely transmitted to and stored on government-managed servers.
Encryption and access controls are applied to protect data from unauthorized access.
Only designated officials with appropriate clearance can access the stored information.

4. User Accounts and Access

Accounts are created and managed exclusively by authorized administrators.
Users cannot self-register within the App.
Each account is linked to a government official for accountability.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Data is retained only as long as required for official purposes.
Data deletion and account removal can only be performed by authorized administrators via the web backend.
End-users cannot directly delete or alter stored information from the App.

6. Restricted Use

This App is provided exclusively for official government use. Unauthorized use, data manipulation, or access attempts are strictly prohibited and may be subject to disciplinary or legal action.

7. Changes to This Policy
